What is the turn around time for photos?
Fully edited images take up to two weeks and will be uploaded in a dropbox file. Any additional changes requested by the client may affect the original timeline.
How long will it take to receive my video?
Due to the complexity of video editing, we do take extra sweet time making sure we deliver the best. Depending on the length of the video, the timeline can range from four to six weeks.
Do you send all raw footage?
Simply, no. We try to take photos in quantity to find the quality. In the midst, we eliminate duplicates and other images that may not fit our standards of product delivery. In this process of elimination, we try to “capture your memories forever” including candid laughs or joyous tears from the event. Sometimes we can leave the night with thousands of images, this is our responsibility to sort only the best of the best for you and your loved ones.
How do I design my album?
Our team is full of skilled digital editors who will do this for you. Our clients will select the photos of their choice, our editors will then create a layout that seems best. The client will proof the provided layout and may request a one time change before final submission.
When will I receive my album?
Once the final layout has been submitted, albums are processed and delivered within two to four week time period.
What is a Memory Box?
A premium leather box containing up to twenty five luster prints, a flashdrive {USB type A, USB type C} with all the footage from the lovely event. You may also request to have your name or initials engraved on the box.
Do you do destination weddings?
While R3zolution Films is based in the Tri-State Area, we are happy to serve clients all around the world. Our destination wedding packages include the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations. These packages are a la carte.
